CloudHesive Accelerates Amazon Connect Growth with ConnectPath CX and Strengthens Its Leadership in AWS Contact Centers

CloudHesive, an AWS Premier Partner, continues to strengthen its position in the cloud contact center ecosystem with ConnectPath CX, its enterprise platform built on Amazon Connect. As Amazon Connect recently a $1B annual run rate, it has become one of the fastest-growing services in the AWS portfolio.

Within this momentum, ConnectPath CX powered by Amazon Connect represents approximately 1% of Amazon Connect’s annual run rate, contributing meaningfully to AWS sales objectives and reinforcing CloudHesive’s strategic impact across the AWS Partner ecosystem.

CloudHesive also announced the renewal of the AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR) for ConnectPath CX, including the “Deployed on AWS” designation, validating the solution’s architecture, security posture, and alignment with AWS best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.

In addition, ConnectPath CX is ranked among the Top 10 Contact Center solutions on AWS Marketplace, highlighting its leadership as a platform for organizations looking to extend Amazon Connect with enterprise-grade routing, advanced analytics, workflow automation, quality management, and administrative controls for complex and regulated environments.

Looking ahead, CloudHesive is advancing a strategic alliance with Interprose, including technical integration efforts and the launch of their first joint customer deployment. The company has also recently enhanced its Gryphon integration, further strengthening compliance and communication governance for regulated contact center environments.
