CloudHesive Chosen as an Initial Managed Service Provider Partner by CloudBees

CloudBees’ new Managed Services Provider Partner Program will provide customers with access to turnkey, managed DevOps services.

CloudHesive, a CloudBees is proud to announce that we’ve joined with CloudBees , a provider of the Jenkins® continuous delivery platform, in a partnership to support their new partner program, DevOps Managed Services. Previously a Reseller and Service Partner of CloudBees, we are now one of the key partners for CloudBees’ clients who desire a Managed Service to support their DevOps infrastructure provided by an experienced Managed Services Provider (MSP).

CloudHesive was chosen for this program based on our extensive experience with the delivery of managed services and our specialization in infrastructure managed services, as well as our expertise with CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise and a range of challenges involved in introducing DevOps concepts to organizations.

The purpose of the program is simple: Enterprises require customized, full-service support when adapting their DevOps to meet ongoing compliance requirements, the demand for new features, and changes in their business model and infrastructure. CloudHesive will operationally manage a client’s infrastructure, from hardware to security, while CloudBees provides 24/7 technical support and customer service.
