CloudHesive Expands to Latin America

Something big has been in the works for a while at CloudHesive, and we are finally ready to reveal it. We are extremely happy to announce the opening of a brand-new office in beautiful Buenos Aires, Argentina!

This isn’t our first venture into South America, however. Our LATAM team has already organized two Amazon Web Services (AWS) Meetups in Paraguay and Uruguay.

And now with a permanent location, this make us one of the only managed service providers of AWS in all of Latina America. We will be focusing on helping businesses of varying sizes adopt the cloud while implementing extensive security controls.

We didn’t choose Argentina by accident for our expansion: Latin America is quickly becoming a growing market for cloud services. According to global market research company Technavio, cloud computing is expected to increase substantially over the next several years in the region. By 2020, the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) is estimated to be about 29 percent.

The burgeoning desire for cloud services in Latin America is why AWS now has corporate offices in both Colombia and Chile, with a cloud region in Brazil.
